Refund & Exchange Policy

At Yāqa, we want you to feel happy with every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

You must notify us of your request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund (after evaluation).

Returns & Refunds

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

All returns are carefully inspected before approval. Refunds will only be issued if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and apply to the item price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Promotional offers such as sets or “frequently bought together” bundles are still eligible for return and exchange, provided all items are returned in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at yaqacairo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

After inspection, we’ll confirm and process your refund or exchange.
