Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Mylerz.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–7 business days
• Other governorates: 1–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Yāqa cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
